Why won't my Charge HD sync to any Bluetooth device?

my charge hd will not sync to any blue tooth device.

I hold the button down for 3 and longer, only the timer runs. No code is given. I tried to sync with my ipad, samsung S4, and windows 10 computer. all bluetooth devices are turned on.

I do not know, and hopefully someone who has what I assume to be a Fitbit Charge will reply soon. In the meantime, you might want to seek assistance via the Fitbit support site.
