What does it mean when battery on screen is yellow after it is partially charged

Battery died and when I charged it battery indicator was yellow

It means you are in Power Saving mode. It will automatically go back to normal mode (green battery) once it has sufficient charge. You can manually change it back to normal mode by going to Settings -> Battery
