What are the pens in the cover photo of "After Apple"

There were some cool looking pens with the apple logo on them in the cover photo of the article Rene republished yesterday morning called "After Apple", and I wanted to know if anyone knows whether they are pens or something else and where I can get one.

Those are the pens Apple sells at the Infinite Loop Apple Store at Apple HQ in Cupertino! They have silver, space grey, gold, and rose gold, just like the devices!
