i cant login on my iphone?

i did not complete setup on my iphone 6s and continued making calls.
later i made apple id.Now when i am trying to login on icloud with apple id i see errors.

If you can recall your iCloud ID and associated passcode, there's nothing we can do for you, except recommend that you use Apple's retrieval tool via the iCloud homepage.
