I tried to send a message and it did not go through - how can I try sending it again

If there is a red exclamation point beside the text, that means it didn't get sent. Click on that and it should ask if you want to resend.

You might also try Reset Network Settings. That helps sometimes..
Reset Network Settings Settings>General>Reset>Tap Reset Network Settings. You may need to enter your wifi passcode back in afterwards.
