Hi and welcome to iMore. You're really going to need to be more specific.

This is a forum dedicated to Apple devices. We aren't affiliated with Apple and the only place you could potentially have an order that would even remotely be associated with us is from the iMore Store at iMore Store - #1 Store for iPhone and iPad accessories. Is that where your order is from?

If your order is with Apple then you will need to contact them, not us. If it's with another company, they should be your first port of call.
