problems accruing ,check my balance and top up ( my carrier balance checking code )

Since I updated , I cannot check my balance and top up credit to my account anymore .
Once I try to dial #124# ( my carrier balance checking code ) it won't show the information like in ios 6 ...it turned into a calling mode
Anybody help please !!

Check with your carrier. The *# codes are simply sent from the phone like any other number, the difference is how the carrier's system handles them.
