iOS 9.3 locked notes can be deleted?

Without unlocking, locked notes can be deleted? What's the point? Or something wrong with my version?

It's locked from it being visible. Not locked to dis allow it to be removed, etc

The ability to lock notes in iOS 9.3 is used to restrict visibility, not necessarily restrict the ability to delete the note -- at least not at this time.

So what you're experiencing is to be expected

You lock something so other ppl can't get to it or to take it away from you. Only half is accomplished in this case. You care to lock it from being visible (to others) but you don't care if they can remove it without your permission?
