how do I get rid of it?

iopened phone automatic update I said yes not knowing what it was and it turned out to be software installed for iphone cloud keychain. They asked me to put in my information regarding credit card info. I stopped there and want to uninstall this icloud apple keychain, I now am unable to get to uninstall as all I have is the "Hello" screen that prompts me to the next step in giving my info. I am not advanced enough on this apparatus to want or care to use it. HELP ME GET IT OFF MY PHONE!!!!!!!
