Why do some of my calls go straight to voice mail with ringing?

Why do some of my calls go straight to voice mail with ringing.

I work in real estate and I will be waiting for a call and it doesn't even ring and goes straight to voice mail. I notice this happens with most calls 80% of the time? I miss a lot of important calls and it's frustrating my boss that he can never reach me.

I don't know. Is the mute switch enables? Is the DND option enabled during the times you're expecting those important calls? Have you called your wireless carrier to inquire about it?

Try the following : on your phone keypad hit ##update# and hit talk. The phone will say starting service update. Then it will say service update complete. This fixed it for me.
