Trying to change the band there is no button to push need help.

Every video and article shows buttons to push both at the bottom and the top of the back of the watch.. I have no buttons to push to remove the bands.

So you're saying you don't have the two buttons like the ones pointed out in the image below?

If not then I think @Just_Me_D put perfectly: then you don't have an watch. Period.
