how do I record a telephone conversation?

Can I record the phone conversation with somebody whilst I am talking? If so, are both parties recorded? or just me? I have an iPhone 5

Welcome to iMore! There are several call recording apps in App Store. I've listed what appears to be the most popular one below. I don't have any personal experience but I presume both ends of the call will be recorded.
