How do I erase notification of a missed call

I have number listed for a call I did not answer. How do I eliminate that number from the list?

Welcome to iMore. Go to: Phone>Recents>Edit. Hit the little red icon on right with the - symbol and the option to delete it will show. Hit Delete and then Done. Very easy to do. Hope this info is helpful. Thanks!
