Can i retreive uninstalled apps

I uninstalled an app on gamcenter,and i would really like to get it back!

You can't retrieve game centre trophies ,rewards etc... If when you uninstalled the game you also told it to delete Game Center saved info . But sure , can easily reinstall game itself .

Just go to the App Store purchased list and download it back. But you will start over from the beginning.
