Refund not processed
I asked for a refund on a $65.96 unintentional in-app purchase (the gems weren't showing up so she kept trying), but I was only refunded the $10.81 from the next day when my granddaughter tried again. I need the $65.96 refunded as well. Both charges show in my list as Jan 16, 2016. We never did get any of the gems that we were trying to purchase.

While I sympathize with your situation, the best and only solution is to go through Apple. The link provided is to report a problem and if I'm not mistaken, each incident of the in app purchase should show up. Just report each one using the button next to it.
