How do I setup Find my Phone on PC with Windows 10

Mother-in-Law has iPhone and a PC with Windows 10. She is aging and misplaces her iPhone. How do I set up "Find My Phone" on her PC with Windows 10.

Welcome to iMore. Just sign into iCloud.com as already stated and from there you will be given a drop down menu at the top of the page of all devices associated with the account. Click on the device you are trying to locate and a menu will open . From there just click Play Sound. Your Mother-in-Law's phone will then start playing an alert tone.
