Mail still stuck in outbox?

Just_me_d the over all settings were already set to push, but for the pop accounts I am having trouble with the only options are fetch and manual.

My iCloud account does have a push option but I need to send from my own server. [redacted]

Any other ideas?

POP uses a polling system doesn't it? If so, you might not be able to do what you're trying to do. Hopefully someone who deals with this sort of thing will reply soon.
