I don't want incoming or outgoing texts on my phone.

Is there a way to block the incoming texts so I don't have to pay
extra for them?

You would need to contact your service provider for that.

Even if you blocked them on your phone (which you really cannot do), you would still be charged for incoming texts most likely because they would be charged on the system end.
