is there any recovery from picture shares

my son deleted photos and the recently deleted. Is there any way to get a backup? I am willing to pay if it can be done.

Once they are removed from the recently deleted folder, the pics are gone.

If you have a recent iCloud back up, they might be there. You can check at iCloud.com on your computer and see.
