Can't unlock my phone.

Trying to enter my password, but the touch is not responding.

If you can't get it to work, you will need to put it in DFU mode and restore it via iTunes. You will need your Apple ID when you set it up. You will lose all your data, including photos. I hope you have a back up. There's not much else you can do.
