My notification bar is stuck and won't scroll up!! How can I fix it?

My notification bar is stuck and wont scroll up!!

Does anyone know howto help me?! My middle button is stuck so i can not hold the middle button down with the lock button. Does anyone know anything that will sort it out? Because im desperate for it? Helllllpppppp??!!??!!?!

What "middle button" are you referring to? The home button? What device is this occurring on?
