What's an i5?
How/why/where are you "failing to create an account"?
What are you doing on your "desktop?" How is this related to your "account"?
Can you describe exactly what you are trying to do and what is happening?

Is this the first time you ever created an Apple ID? Does your iPhone 5 ask for a previous ID? What happens when you enter the credentials?

Julius, is this the first time you are creating your Apple ID on your phone and hope you or someone doesn't has initial ID on the device, check and be sure non was created in the past first and come back to forum, I am sure we have some technical know how that will assist you in the forum here.
