How can I stop the bell ringer icon from popping up?

The bell ringer icon keeps popping up

Why does the ringer bell icon keep popping up? It is very annoying
And I have checked all my settings. I have completely turned it off and it still keeps happening.

Are you touching (or have you damaged) the volume buttons?
