Marketplace Forum, why can't I post in the forum?

I was trying to add a post in the marketplace thread and it keeps telling my I am not permitted to post in that forum. Anyone else have that issue? I've never posted in there before.

I would think that 38 posts would qualify. I don't know how that works.

Not enough. I believe the post count is 50 for Marketplace.
