Does anyone know what your credit score needs to be to qualify for the iPhone upgrade program?

I don't know how to expand on the Question, except had not so good credit many years ago and have built it back up but I need to know what the minimum credit score you can have to qualify?

Welcome to iMore! Most credit lenders don't disclose minimum FICO requirements. In fact, they generally look at more than simply the score. Lenders will evaluate length of credit history, number of revolving accounts, past due history, and credit utilization ratios, among many other things. The only thing you can do is apply and see what happens.

I have bad credit (short sale) and I qualified. So, don't think it's that hard to get.
