My Yahoo mail box folders have disappeared from my iPad, how can I get them back?

My yahoo mail box folders have disappeared from my iPad

There was a problem with our AT&T service ,was stopped and resumed by AT&T,after restored my folders in my yahoo box all disappeared,I deleted and reinstated the mailbox but they are still gone
They are there in my iPhone which as best as I can tell has the exact setting

Delete the mail account from your iPad. After that, reboot your iPad and then re-configure your Yahoo account on it.
