how do i delete contacts from address book without deleting one by one?

I have hundreds of 'contacts' in my phone contacts. The only name listed is contact, unless i click on each one and see they are people transferred over from my office email. It would take hours to delete one by one.

If you're on iPhone, there are apps that will delete multiple contacts.
