My iPad is frozen with a message to call a toll free number "third party application..."
I tried the forum's recommendation to clear Safari browser history to no avail. I was using Google Chrome as my browser at the time of the freeze. There is no "clear history" in Settings>Google Chrome. Please help me unfreeze my iPad.
