Why does one PC connect to my home wireless network, but my other PC does not?

One of my PCs connects to my home wireless network. The other PC does not. It shows that it is connected to my router (although it says it has connected to "Network name 2" rather than "Network name) but shows there is no internet going from my modem to router.

This really doesn't have any relevance to our community here...but I would guess that you have some kind of guest network setup or something and it is connecting to it, and said guest network probably has no privileges allowed to it, so it isn't actually connected to the internet. I would tell your computer to forget the network it is connected to and try again...or manually input your network information instead of doing it automatically.
