Why isn't my iMovie finding pictures?

Imovie Not Finding Pictures

I am working on a project of creating an imovie and when I went to look for the pictures I want to put in there, I can't find ANY of my pictures. I recently moved them to an external harddrive so it didn't take up so much room on my mac. HELP!!!

For a quick fix, try copying the pictures to your desktop and selecting them from there.
