I believe you'll have to use PowerShell. Just do a Google search and you'll find directions.

I think in Windows 8 and 8.1 you couldn't uninstall applications such a great amount as make them imperceptible. In Windows 10 I thought you don't even have that alternative, however then I discovered your online journal.
