Why isn't Zedge sending the ringtones I download to my iTunes library?

zedge It's not sending the ringtones I download to my Itunes library HELP!

I did all the steps but zedge said he sent the ringtones to itune library but he didn't
how can I solve this

Tone sync stopped working awhile ago too. Just download from your computer browser
