My visual voicemail indicates no voicemail, but vm is saying full. How can I clear it?

My visual voicemail indicates no voicemail, but vm is saying full.

I tried to access my vm, but it keeps telling, after several attempts (approx 15-20) of different passwords, that they are ALL incorrect. Cant be. These are numbers I use. How do I ever get back into my VM? I have a AT&T phone; however, my carrier is StraightTalk. Sooooo.....totally perplexed
