iPhone 5s cannot back up since 3/June 2015 [ with photos ]

my iPhone 5s cannot back up since 3june 2015 , it just stuck in this " estimating time remaining " and doesnt go into " time remaining " which it would in the past

what is going on , it estamate time forever ?

I paid and have 20GB

seems like somebody have same iCloud back up problem
ios - iCloud backup won't complete - Ask Different

It looks like you just turned off the back up of the photos on your camera roll. 5.9 gb of photos.?

ye , once i turn off photo library back up , i m turning it back on , and go to apple store to fix the problem

You have too much stuff on your phone. That's it in a nutshell. You need to delete or move stuff. Put photos in Box, Dropbox, and OneDrive. Or Google Photos. Delete some of those 500 apps.



