iTunes music prices increasing

If they do happen to end up that high, that is plain ridiculous... I remember back when, everything was $0.99.

If they do happen to go that high then I'll likely buy from Google Music or Amazon. I'm still not used to the $1.29 price after it being 99 cents for so long.

Well it says it on my iPad. I will take a snapshot of it soon. On my iPhone it shows 1.29 I'm not sure what's going on...

I don't listen to a lot of popular music because, well....it sucks and it's all the same nasally whining singer blathering on and on about someone leaving or lost love.

I did some general searches for artists who are "in" right now as well as a few of my favorite non mainstream artists:

Most expensive song I found was $1.29.

May be a Canada thing... I see things ranging from US$0.69 - to US$1.29 for single items...

I'm not sure because on my iPhone on the Canada store shows 0.69-1.29 for songs still. only on my iPad?

You're looking at songs, not music videos?

Is it all songs, or just certain ones?

Everything is still 1.29 when I look.

True, true, somehow this reminds me of that iBooks lawsuit...I really hope Apple doesn't jack up prices on music for the same reasons though.
