Apples return policy ??

Just curious what their return policy is... I stood in line to get the iPhone 5s, but the store didn't have the color I wanted. I am happy I at least got the phone but I would prefer to have the white/silver, if possible. I have never bought anything from Apple directly so I am not sure how it works. Any help is appreciated.

30 days. Take good care of it and you'll be fine. Keep everything that it came with.

Switching phones just because a user wants a color change is why carriers cut return time windows, and initiated restock/return fees... returned phones can't be sold as new... those returns become the DOA replacements...

I'd have ordered the color I wanted to avoid the return... I can delay gratification.... I'm weird that way... smh.

The carriers might be a PITA about it but returning it directly to Apple should be better. I don't think its 30 days though I think its 14.

You are correct. The return period for the iPhone purchased through Apple is 14 days.

This. I can't believe how many people are buying the color they DON'T want simply because they're too impatient to wait.
