Default So about Siri keeping your data for two years....

edit: title should say "data", not date. Can someone change that?

Story here: Apple keeps anonymized Siri data for up to two years | iMore.com

It's great that your name is stripped out for a randomized number. However, do the names and numbers I include in my requests also get stripped out?

"Text Susan (at number ####) (wife), hey honey, can you pick up our kids Jon and Rebecca tonight? They're at my parents house at 1234 Main Street."

    "Send"

Are those names and numbers stripped out as well? If not, then that's bad...VERY bad.
