I'm really shocked these big name department stores still exist in today's market. I know Macy's has gone through some tremendous downsizing and reorganization, Rich's is gone now i think, JC Penny and others just seem like dinosaurs hanging on to the last shred of existence in a world quickly rendering their kind useless, even in shopping malls.

I don't shop at department stores much these days. It's easier to shop online and have the items delivered right to my door, instead of spending time and using gas going to a store (and even finding out that the item I wanted was out of stock anyway).
