I cannot get my phone to recognize the memory I purchased. I bought 25 gb and it says I have 8.7 g left but my phone will not let me take pics or uograde apps, and constantly says almost out of memory. Does anyone know what is wrong?

Probably not complaining about iCloud space but actual storage space on the device. Delete some photos or videos or remove some big apps.

There is no 25GB iPhone (16, 32, 64), and iCloud sells in increments starting with 10, 20, and 50.

I'd love to move this thread to the appropriate forum, since it definitely doesn't belong here, but without more information I have nowhere to take it.
