How do I manage game center users on iOS 10?

I have not found how to manage game center in ios 10 anyone knows if it could be done

I believe apple removed the game centre app in iOS10 due to it's low popularity, however, game centre options can still be managed in the "settings" app. hope this helps

Maybe like he said in Settings. But also in game apps. Example: Ball Hop Bowling. In the App is game center just for the one app game.
Tap on game center icon>

Get these options.

Note: this only shows game center stats for just Ball Hop Bowling. Each game is separate.
