Welcome to iMore! Try going to Settings > Game Center > sign out> do a hard reset.
Hold the top or side power/sleep button and the home button at the same time until the Apple logo appears, then release.

then sign back in to Game Center with your Apple ID or whatever ID you use for Game Center.
