Why aren't my Apple apps opening?

Apple apps not opening!

iOS 9.0.2... Game centre will not open, just blank page. Go to setting like suggested, hit game centre, just freezes iPad mini and boots me back to home screen. iPad mini is second gen. iOS 9.02

Welcome to iMore! Try updating to iOS 9.1 by going to Settings > General > Software Update. There were a lot of issues with iOS 9.0.x involving Game Center and I think many of them were address in the latest version.
