Why cant i use game center on my ipad after the latest update?

When i click on the game center app is there just a white picture, but on my iphone it works.

I don't know, but you can try the following.

1. Go to Settings - Game Center
2. Tap on your AppleID and then select "Sign Out".
3. Reboot your iPad
4. Go to Settings - Game Center and then sign in.
