I think my housemate is eating the toilet paper
1 roll in 2 days is just not normal.
We are both away for more than 11 hours a day, sleep 6-8 hours, so there is only 7 hours left each day. There is no other possible explanation as to why 2 people would burn through a toilet paper roll that quick.
