Nope, that's not possible afaik. I am gonna sit the 6s out. That whole stuff with TSMC and Samsung soc has made less willing to get it.

I'm not sure why...just another "gate" from the people who hate Apple. It's really no big deal both CHIPS work GREAT

True that and I don't consider it a 'gate' really. It's all within the margins of Apples policy. But I am one of those people who want the better version.

I have the TSMC which is supposed to be the better of the two, but because I don't have a device with the Samsung chip I really can't say one is better than the other. The 6s Plus has EXCELLENT battery life regardless of the chip and a 30 minutes difference on 24+ hours is no big deal....IMHO. I'm going to charge before that 24 hours is up anyway

I've read the diff was up to 2 hours when heavily used. Besides, I don't have a nickel to spare at the moment for a new phone. But if I do get a new one, it will be the 128GB plus version, anyway.

I really doubt that it's a two hour difference and I doubt Apple would have used a chip that much inferior to another in there "Flagship" iPhone.

What I've read concerning real "life" testing is that the only difference is about 15 minutes of battery life.
