But it's still better than my 7 year old ones

Dear Mr. Yuksel,

This is the NSA. We need you to send your computer to America so we can use it instead of keeping our old Windows XP computers. Thank you. We will be sure to send copies of your pictures back to you.

Sincerely,
The NSA

How fast is your computer?

I didn't configure it as a super computer. Yes, it had the new i7 920 in it and 6GB RAM, but I never intended it to be fast or a super computer. All I needed was a PC that was able to play 1080P movies smoothly and lasting at least 2-3 years without getting too slow.

It's an average speed computer, especially if you compare it to recent ones

Dude, there is only 3.5 Tb in it. At the time I build it, there were only 320's and a year later 500's available. A supercomputer is a computer with water-cooling, a high class GPU card and much more in it. This is just an average one.

I think about replacing all the hard disks in it for 3Tb ones, but I'm waiting for the price to get cheaper.

And my bad habit is, I can't sell or throw away my old hard drives so I guess I will buy a drive bay for them, put them in raid and use it as an external backup drive
