    The European Union Commissy that handles all internet regulations and stuff decided to make roaming cheaper. From December 2015 we don't have to pay extra for roaming in all of the EU

    And it doesn't matter if you have roaming enabled on your device. If you didn't choose any package or pay per Mb, you can't get online on your device.
