    I have dealt directly with FitBit for issues and they have always sent a replacement to me. Great customer service.

    I ordered a replacement by speaking to a representative on the support chat. Make sure it's still under warranty though.

    I've read that even non-warranty devices can sometimes get coverage, so give it a try anyway.
