Hi guys o have an iPhone 6 running iOS 10.0.2 and I am trying to figure out how to delete recent searches in the Facebook messenger app can anyone help me? Your help is greatly appreciated I click the search thing and recent searches come up how do I delete that please help me

Try deleting and reinstalling the app if it's just for an in the moment quick fix. Otherwise, there is no other way.
