Why doesn't the option auto-play on wifi only under Facebook appear as an option?

the option "auto-play on wifi only" under facebook does not appear as an option

I followed the directions on this site to disable auto play of videos on facebook BUT the
"auto-play on wifi only" does not appear as an option, all that there is under facebook settings under video is Upload HD ,, no option for "auto-play on wifi only"
please help! thanks

In the Facebook app go to the more tab then account settings -> videos and photos -> auto-play. Turn "smart auto-play" off then you can choose the setting you want.
